1. Provider and agreement
These Terms of Service are between you and KEYLAB OÜ, registration number 14676735, registered in Estonia, with a postal address at Männimäe, Pudisoo Küla 74626, Harju maakond/Estonia.
These terms are effective from 2026-07-24 and supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for applications distributed through the App Store. If mandatory law gives you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
2. The service
VyneVPN provides an accountless iOS interface for connecting to eligible IKEv2 VPN locations. Service availability, location capacity, free or premium access, and supported app versions may change for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons.
You are responsible for a compatible Apple device, internet access, iOS permissions, and compliance with local law. A VPN does not make unlawful activity lawful, guarantee anonymity, or eliminate every security risk.
3. Personal and lawful use
VyneVPN is licensed for your personal, lawful use. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not abuse credentials, automate unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, evade service controls, or use the service to harm others.
Per-install VPN credentials remain part of the VyneVPN service. You must not extract, share, sell, publish, or reuse them outside their intended app installation.
4. Free and premium access
Free access may include advertising, capacity limits, or a smaller location set. Premium access requires a backend-verified active Apple subscription entitlement. Client-side purchase screens or receipts alone do not guarantee access.
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, restore, and refunds are described in the Subscription Terms.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke credentials, limit access, or terminate service where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, non-payment, expired entitlement, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. We may take urgent protective action without advance notice where delay would create material risk.
You may stop using VyneVPN at any time and remove its VPN configuration from your device.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the limited app, subscription, advertising, notification, security, and VPN operational data we process. We do not store or log VPN traffic content, DNS queries, visited URLs or domains, payload or content packets, or source-IP-to-browsing-activity mappings.
7. Intellectual property
VyneVPN, its software, branding, and service content are owned by or licensed to KEYLAB OÜ. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app and service as intended.
8. Service changes and availability
We work to keep VyneVPN available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific server, permanent location availability, or compatibility with every network or destination. Maintenance, carrier restrictions, device settings, censorship, or third-party failures may affect service.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for failures caused by your network, device, Apple services, third-party destinations, or uses contrary to these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without removing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
