1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects VyneVPN users, infrastructure, providers, and the public. It forms part of the Terms of Service and is effective from 2026-07-24.
2. Prohibited activity
You must not use VyneVPN to:
- Violate applicable law, court orders, sanctions, or another person's legal rights.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, phishing material, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content.
- Attack, scan, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to devices, accounts, networks, or services.
- Facilitate fraud, identity theft, payment abuse, harassment, exploitation, or credible threats of harm.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
- Operate automated scraping, credential stuffing, denial-of-service, bot, resale, or proxy-sharing activity that harms the service or others.
- Extract, publish, sell, share, or reuse VyneVPN credentials outside the app installation for which they were issued.
- Bypass capacity, entitlement, advertising, App Attest, rate-limit, or other technical controls.
- Misrepresent your identity or authority when contacting support or making legal requests.
3. Resource use
You must not consume service resources in a way that materially degrades availability for other users. Automated or commercial redistribution of the consumer service is prohibited unless KEYLAB OÜ has agreed to it in writing.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate service-level security signals and limited operational records, restrict an installation, revoke credentials, preserve records required by law, or report conduct where legally required. Enforcement is proportionate to the risk and does not require monitoring VPN traffic content.
Urgent action may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or third parties.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to bilgi@keylab.eu. Do not include VPN passwords, private keys, payment card details, or traffic content in your message.
